I’m Mukeshkumar Raju, an insights and BI professional based in Doha, Qatar. I spend most of my time helping businesses turn raw data into something they can actually use decisions, priorities, and next steps.
What I do in simple terms
My work sits between business questions and data. Leaders want to know:
- What’s really happening in the business?
- Why is it happening?
- What should we do next?
I use data, BI tools (like Tableau, Power BI), and structured thinking to answer those questions in a way that is clear, honest, and practical.
How I think about insights
To me, “insights” are not just interesting facts from data. An insight is only useful if it:
- Changes the way someone sees a situation
- Leads to a clear decision or action
- Helps avoid a mistake or capture an opportunity
I prefer fewer dashboards that people actually use over dozens of reports nobody opens. I like working with stakeholders, not just tools.

Why I created this site
Most of my work is internal to the organisations I’ve worked with. The analyses don’t show up on Google.
I started this site to:
- Share what I’ve learned about data and decision-making
- Document examples, frameworks, and mental models
- Connect with people who care about insights, not just reports
- Create a place where my name and work actually live on the internet
